Hey there I am facing a problem I typed my PIN2 wrong and now it is asking for a PUK2 and I contacted the VI and they told me PUK and said there is nothing PUK2 but after applying puk code it said incorrect puk2 now what to do anyone help plz

Don't try too many time because you have only 3 chance to enter puk2 code unless sim will be blocked, just go VI store they will get you a new sim instead of it

better to ask again or if possible do visit their stores

You messed up your Sim card, Now you have two options call customer care (your SIM COMPANY) from another phone and ask them the PUK2). Or visit their outlet.

Dont try any random number or something otherwise you have to get your SIM card replaced.
