On 23/07/2025 i update google play system and after that i got green line issue on display. So I called samsung service center for this green line issue.. They asked me to factory reset data on my phone. As per telephonic communication with an samsung service center executive i done factory data reset on my phone. But still green line is appearing on .y display.


So I decided to quit with samsung smart phone.

Biggest thank you for your pathetic service.

Samsung service center and samsung customer support don't provide free replacement send email to Samsung care try

I had already visited yours service and they suggest to replace display by my own...
This is yours side problem not mine...


I will be wait for 3 days otherwise I will go with iphone.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

On my s22 a green line appears due to an update. Samsung is not replacing the display either
