I am experiencing a green line on the display of my Samsung A73 5G after a recent software update. The phone has no physical damage, and the service center confirmed the same but refused a free screen replacement, stating the device is out of warranty.
Customer service has given the same response. I have been contacting the customer service continously but they are giving the same answer every time. My concern is why should i pay for the screen replacement which was not caused by me and totally due to the update given by samsung. The company should provide a free screen replacement, as Samsung is offering this for similar issues on S series models, but not for the A73 5G which is very unfair.
And this is another repeated comments you have been up to.Whk are you to welcome anyone and how many times would you welcome the same person... Stop spamming and **bleep** off... We have had enough of your bloody nonsense.
I understand your concern, but Samsung provides all free of cost service only within warranty, basis terms and conditions.
Rest assured, we will provide best in class services and repair is done by trained and certified engineers of Samsung. Also, all parts used will be genuine.
