Green Line issue - Why is Samsung denying this?

I am facing the green line issue on my Samsung phone. Service centre told me repair is chargeable, and higher officials even said Samsung has never received such complaints. But many users here in Samsung Community already reported the same problem.

Why is Samsung denying this issue instead of acknowledging and helping customers? This is very disappointing.

NB- i got many pictures with green lines on Samsung from google who had posted in samsung community.

Yes. And also for display Replacement, they are giving 3 months warranty. We have to pay 9000₹ and after 3 months if this issue happens we will have to pay again. We are not doing anything purposefully in our phone. If it is a physical damage done by us, we are ready to pay for service. And also the behaviour of staffs at the service centre is rude and arrogant. When i went there all the customers who were present had the same line issue problem. And samsung higher officials telling they havent heard about this issue from anyone.
