Samsung phones were one of a kind before 2018. Now they are just trying to copy apple in every way.
They are removing 3.5mm audio port and not shipping phones with chargers. They are just greedy corporates who just want to earn more money by selling things individually. After some years they will sell phone and battery individually. Now some low paid employee will try to defend the company. Come on low paid employee they don't care for you. Your salary would be same as the price of Samsung m05.
There are no employees on Samsung Members. Everyone here are just Samsung users. And coming to your issue, firstly, the removal of the 3.5 mm jack is a good thing. Removal of chargers, nope, not good thing, but what will you do? Which brand will you buy? Each and every brand is doing the same thing.
