Glith in scrolling after One ui 4.1 update in A52 4g

There is a little unsmooth scrolling after 4.1 update and 

also a little heating issue,

 with more battery drain it charges fast after update but also drains fast

Is every A52 user facing this ?

Mine is really smooth and fast after the update
Everything seems to be perfect
Clear cache in recovery mode
