Gaming hub not recognizing game as a game and showing pop up as it is not a game and gaming tools are not available for it in gaming hub ...What is the solution for it?
Happening after the update one ui 7 in A14 5g

Send an error report along with log files to customer support through this members app and Samsung will fix it in the next update. To do that follow this procedure
Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

But they ask for a video or jpeg before error occured how can i make it 🤔 after the update

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
