Galaxy a34 keeps restarting

Sent a diagnostic report as well. There has been no solution to the problem. Need samsung to remove this bug if there is or if this is a manufacturing defect kindly change the phone.

I have same problem on my a34 5g

I only faced system ui restart. My device was in idle state & only mobile data was kept on. Right after update I check for any updates in galaxy store as well as play store. After all the update I kept my mobile idle. After few minutes I saw samsung logo as mobile was kept on table right in front of me. And within 30sec it loaded. I think that was system ui restart as it got unlock by my face unlock(weird though). Bur after that no issue. Except accidentally touch. Pocket detection is not working properly for me. No restart after that incident

There are two methods to disable the auto-restart function
Method 1: From the home screen swipe up or down to access the App Screen > Setting > General Management > Reset > Auto Restart > To Turn OFF auto-restart slide the slider toward the left.
Method 2: Go to 'Settings'>>Tap on 'Battery and device care'>> Tap on Three dots>>Tap on 'Automation'>>Disable 'Auto-restart at set times' if enabled

If you are facing this issue after installing any new application then uninstall that application.
Navigate to the Apps screen and tap on Settings>>Tap on Apps>>Tap on the desired app>>Tap on Uninstall>>Tap on OK

Reset settings: From the home screen, click on Settings>>General Management>> click on reset and then reset setting.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
