Camera failed warning keeps popping up

I have a Samsung Galaxy A13 4GB/64GB.

From the last two days I have been issues with my Camera failing to open. Whenever I open the camera app, it gives me a popup and closes.

The warning I recieved

Due to this I'm unable to use my face unlock.

I have tried:

- restarting the device several times since this started

- clear cache and clear data of the Camera app

- reset Camera settings

It becomes normal for a few hours after restarting the device but then it comes back again.
