Dear Members,

 

Yesterday we received Galaxy A80 Android 11 software update in XSG, after updating we are facing calling issue, if we are calling someone it will take some time to show the ID or if you are receiving any call. After checking with customer care (live chat) the resolved that issue after doing some procedure.

 

1. Switch off your mobile completely until u can feel vibration is done.

2. press & hold power button & Volume button on same time, after showing Samsung Logo release the Power Button.

3. then release the volume down button when the main screen appear on your mobile.

4. your mobile will be on Safe mode position.

5. call someone , problem will resovled.

6. in setting>apps>call>storage>clear cache> force stop do it also in safe mode.

7. turn off safe mode.

 

problem solved.

In Europe (Eastern Europe to be honest) got the patched update 2 days ago. Now phone calls works fine!

Still having this problem in the UK. Says there is no software update. When will this be resolved it is beyond a joke now!
