After turn off Fast Charging option heating problem is solved. I thought its a Software problem. Definately Samsung is working on it and they will help us and will update soon.

If you use phone while charging. It will definitely heat up.

Yes. U are right but after recent update, there is a problem in software 3.1.

Fast charging will heat up it's a normal phenomenon coz it's charging your phone with warp speed. All you got to do is use fast charging and leave the phone idle while it charges.

Mr.Sagar Thanks for your comments but if you compared with the previous version of UI with the new one. So i thought in Fast Charging option heating problem was not there in previous version.
