After turn off Fast Charging option heating problem is solved. I thought its a Software problem. Definately Samsung is working on it and they will help us and will update soon.
Mr.Sagar Thanks for your comments but if you compared with the previous version of UI with the new one. So i thought in Fast Charging option heating problem was not there in previous version.
