I bought last night New Galaxy A 55 in Manar Mall Ras Al Khaimah, when I opened it try to turn on the Phone, it is Auto shut off, and Samsung store refused to replace my Phone because according to them I need to Go to service Center, also Timing of the center is from 9 am to 5pm only so I need to leave my work for that and I need to Travel from Ras Al khaimah to Dubai for the report, very poor Customer Service, 

I chat customer service in Whats app they said they cannot help me for this Issue I need to go to Dubai for The report.
 
I search someone from Top management of Samsung for my Issue
