Galaxy A55 5G Display Changed

After two months back I purchased Galaxy A55 5G, a small red splash appeared on the right side of the display only visible on white background. I took it to the authentic Samsung Service Center and claimed the replacement of the phone itself but they said there were no policy available for the replacements. However, I was convinced to change it's display. 
Now the questions are: Is the display authentic as used in the phone or refurbished one? Is my device still water resistant? 
I still want my device replaced. Olease suggest where should I contact and how.

If the display is changed at the authorized service centre, it is genuine and even the service quality should be good. I'm saying this thru my own experience

How to confirm if it was repalced with geniune parts or repaired? But it is so depressing.

Thank you for the information. But my concern is I am using my phone as a refurbished within two months of purchase. I would not raise the issue if I had used it for a year or so. The company is obliged to replace my phone though there is no ploicy of replacement.
