Galaxy AYou are copy pasting same reply to all the posts Since the camera issue started after the Android 14, One UI 6.0 Update on December 2023. also this is happened not only India but also internationally.
As every A53 owners done your above gimik camera reset phone reset etc etc. and tired. So then everyone visited service center and retuned with no solution.
Everyone is suggesting to await for the next software update. Which is happened 4 times after the major update but it was only security updates and neither of them solved the issue.
So we are samsung customers we paid for this phone and now we are not even able to operate our 64M camera. This is so pathetic.
Previously I owned a samsung galaxy S8 and its display PWM damaged when updated and my phone was not under warrenty at that time so i was forced to replce it with cost of 14,000 Rupees.
So after all these disgusting experience with samsung brand when a customer raising an isuue you people are not even telling us when you are going solve issue rather than your pathetic copy paste response.
It was so digusing to see thisway. also i see many post from all over world about A53 Camera issue but I never saw any single post from a samsung customer care team member that they have acceped that we have an issue with A53 Camera after One UI 6.0 Update.
Hats off you for your pathetic response. Hope you may understand our frustrtion after 4 months of waiting without any solution.
Thank you

Galaxy AIf you're ready to go to consumer court, I will accompany. Already told them so. Other A53 users should join as well.
