Galaxy A50 overheating[software issue]

I just bought my Galaxy A50 few days ago. Everything was going fine but now I am facing overheat problem. My device is cold as ice but suddenly it shows a warning "2/3 apps have been closed. Your device is overheating....". After few minutes it shows another warning like "Your device is overheating. Steps will be taken to cool it down..... ". After 2-3 minutes later final waring appear something like"....Your phone will shutdown in 10 seconds...". Then shutdown.

 

I tried googling this issue and applied some got relief for couple of days and now  it starts again. Moreover I don't play games or don't use extreme graphical content in my device. The shutdown period happens 30-60 minutes. Last time it remain shutdown whole night. I tried factory reset with hard keys but no change. At afternoon I tried connecting charger then it opened and quickly I reset factory. No update, no app installed, with just the basic functionality I've opened my device and still I got the error. I repeat my device is cold as ice.

 

What is going on with A50. If they are giving me to much good features while it creates "overheating issue" then what is the point of using this devie. If it is a software related then please update soon and give us relief.

Had my phone 3 months now. Has got VERY hot three times -

1st time I had been on a long call while the phone was charging,

2nd time I was gaming & surfing the net while the phone was charged in,

3rd time (today), it was in my pocket at a store. It was getting so hot I showed a friend who was so anxious, he made me switch off the phone and put it in the shopping bag, not in my pant pocket as usual.

 

PS. It has never recognized the presence of my SD card, no matter what we've tried. The card works fine in a reader.

I have the exact problem right now and I don't know what to do, I took it to Samsung service centre and the performed a software updates on it , getting home and noticing the same issues so annoying. Something is definitely wrong with the hardware , what can I do pls as this is getting more frustrating.  Mu Samsung A50 is just 3 months old , it didn't fall down neither did it fall inside water . What could be wrong,  Samsung should better find something to do about it as this is making me hate the product.  This is the very first time I'd be using a Samsung product and I can tell you I'm so much disappointed.  I hope they (Samsung) resolve this soon. Thanks

I'm having the exact same problem with the samsung A20, mine happens everytime I listen to music, its frustrating, my phone has 2 days! This is probably my first and last samsung phone if they dont fix this asap.

i have updated phone last week....afte updayion oly im getting tis prblm....im nt sure...y its happening....samsung pls do the need....its nt oly for single device....its happening for many devices.......
