Hi my Samsung Galaxy A31 battery is draining out

My phone is not even 1 year yet I still charge it with the charger from the box.. but this occured after the update and the crashing apps.. my phone on a normal basis its charged once per day now the battery jumps from 80% to 15%

Ive noticed the same issue.. so for apps i dont use regularly i turn the background usage off. So it doesnt drain the battery it helps

You can try the steps below: 

Please go to Settings>>Apps>> Tap on the 3 dots on the top right corner>>Show System Apps>> Software Update>> Storage>> Clear Cache.

Fo crashing apps: Settings > Apps > Search Webview > Tab Android System Webview > Tap more (three vertical dots) > Uninstall updates.
