Galaxy AThe best course of action is then to reset your phone and restore data from smart switch instead of attempting to bypass the security lock.
You need your old lock in order to change it. From what I know all passwords and biometrics are secured by knox and if there is any way to access that at all, you need to bypass knox which I don't think we can.
