- Disable fingerprint settings and register again.
- To register a new fingerprint: Settings >> Biometric and security >> Fingerprints >> Continue > >Set secure screen lock > Start with the center

I'm having the same issue, and for sure I'm not going to flash my mobile by myself to solve, it is a must for Samsung to send update batch for us to solve this problem.
