Failed to install update on A51

Hello

I am currently having issues in installing current update on my Galaxy A51. Each time the update finished downloading,  it get error when it tries to install. I have  done restart,  cleared playstore cache,  deleted so many apps but it's all the same.

Factory reset can be solved your issues. Go to settings 》General management 》Reset 》factory reset

You can also use smart switch PC application to update your mobile, but you mau need wi-fi & original cable to connect with PC.
