There is a software update which is of about 207 MB size. It is not installing. It says failed to install firmware. Please visit the store. Can anyone help regarding this.

Download smart switch for pc from Here and install then launch the smartswitch and connect ur mobile with data cable to pc then its show update available then Download update else go to service centre

Its easy bro. Follow the following steps.

1)install smart switch from Samsung site in PC & from galaxy store in your phone. (Letest version)

2)now open smart switch on your phone & pc and use data cable to connect your phone with your pC.

3)once your phone get connected with your pC ,your phone details will shown on PC smartswitch app.

4) Just click on update option in PC smartswitch app.

5) follow the steps shown on smart switch.

6) Done. 👍🙂
