Facing problem to use secure folder

I can't found Samsung's secure folder on my Galaxy a14 5g. When I try to download it from Google it's failed to download. I need solution...

Sometime secure folder automatically disappears from the app screen but it is available in panel screen. Try it opne your panel setting. I renamed it with the name of Kids

I am running on Android 14
I can't get android 15 update
& There is no secure folder

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members App as a error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update it's maybe fix it by Samsung team soon.
