Facing problem during call

When I take a call the screen some times on and sometimes off. Different pages are open. I want my screen pure black while calling.

It's a proximity sensor activity on call screen to prevent accidental touch.

but the sensor don't work properly and the accidental touch occurs.

It works properly when the sensor closer to something during calls like ear, palm etc.
