Dynamic clock lockscreen issues on Galaxy a36

Received the One Ul 8 update yesterday. Tried to setup the dynamic clock on lock screen. While I am setting it up the feature is working but, when I see it on my lockscreen the feature isn't working. Please fix this bug soon!!

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. Please go to main page of Samsung Members App, click on support, click feedback, click error report then follow instructions on screen. Log files automatically send by system after send error report immediately but don't close Samsung Members App during this process till complete. 1. Uninstall/Update LockStar: If you use Good Lock, uninstall or update the LockStar module. This is the most common fix.

2. Use Subject-Heavy Wallpaper: The dynamic effect only works reliably when the wallpaper has a clear person or pet for the clock to wrap around. Try a different photo.

3. Use the Frame Trick: In the Lock Screen Editor, temporarily apply one of Samsung's decorative frames over the subject. Save the lock screen. Then, go back, remove the frame, and save again.
The feature is buggy in One UI 8 and should be fixed in a future Samsung update.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
