No need to download dual messenger app brother, it just should enabling in settings... 👍

There was samsung dual whatsapp problem u can't download anything pls uninstall it and try second sim whatsapp business app

It has been a persistent problem for God knows how long. Hopefully they will fix it with One UI 4.0. Try using WhatsApp Business for now.

Clearing the app cache is kind of like a cleanse for your apps. It will get rid of residual files that could be slowing down the app.

Open Settings, and then swipe to and tap Apps. Select or search for the app you want to clear. Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.
