Dual speaker not working properly

While receiving a call also not both speakers are working. Only bottom speaker is working. And after picking up the call only bottom speaker is working in loudspeaker mode instead of the dual speaker. Is it same for everyone  please check once and let me know anything i  can do about that instead of taking this to service centre.
