Whenever my galaxyA71 is kept on charging and any phone rings and I pick up, I'm unable to hear any sound from the ear piece speaker. Even if i turn on loudspeaker, the sound of the phone call is still none. However the listener on other end is able to hear me.
I have to restart the device to make it function properly.
What's this issue? Is anyone facing this? What's the solution?
