1. After open app in bottom you see discover, Community, Support
2. Click on Support
3. Then click on Phone Diagnostic
4. Click on Speaker option

We acknowledge your query and apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and will surely assist you regarding the same and please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.
1. Disconnect anything plugged into the headphone jack like a selfie stick, headphones, Bluetooth, etc.
2. Remove any third-party case, protective films, or any other accessory that usually comes in contact with your device.
3. Check device volume settings:
Apps> settings> sound & vibration> volume> Drag the volume adjustment bar left or right to increase or decrease the device volume.
4. Check mute all sound options:
Apps> settings> accessibility> hearing enhancements> Disable mute all sounds (if enabled).
In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
