Dual simcard

I have a Samsung galaxy A10s and it's a dual sim card device, but it's seems like I can't access the other sim card it does read nor show at the sim/network settings. What should I do please help me.

On the home screen, tap Apps then settings then sim card manager. Tap one or both of the switches for the sim or usin cards to activate then.

When two sim or usim cards are activated card selection icons appear on the dashboard of the notifications panel. Open notification panel and select a card

It doesn't display sim card manager only displaces one sim

I noticed it is under connections and under sim card manager

Also try making sure the sim isn't damaged , try taking out the sim then reinserting it

Maybe it's activated for one sim card
