Good day,I recently received a phone from my work place a Samsung A32 5G now I'm trying to insert two simcards but it only takes one sim the other simcard doesn't fit in the slot,why is that the case unless Samsung gave me a wrong type of phone

It's not dual then. One slot will be for sim and one for memory card

Check on settings -> About phone.
There should be two Imei numbers if it's dual and if it's not then it's just one.
