I'm a facing a issue in my Samsung Galaxy A52s Dual messenger, Whatsapp can't download or send any type of media files not even the status is not downloading its reall

Clearing the app cache is kind of like a cleanse for your apps. It will get rid of residual files that could be slowing down the app.

I have done every possible steps i can. I also connected remotely with samsung tech support through tutor even they can't solve the issue

I too am facing the same problem. It didnt even restored the backup from drive. This is so annoying and frustrating.  Why samsung has provided this option if its a complete failure?

Having the same issue for months now. And it's the confirmed issue! Add here issues with IPv6, 5GHz WiFi... Thinking of buying an iphone...
