Dear Samsung are we going to get any support for this Dual messenger WhatsApp data not  accessible issue or should we start boycotting Samsung devices. Plz take this issue at utmost priority and provide fix many users have lost and losing their important data and files due to this issue. Reply we are getting from Customer Care wait till WhatsApp releases next update whereas dual Messenger is Samsung's feature not WhatsApp owned feature. Solve this at earliest or can see more frustrated users boycotting samsung devices soon.
