Hi, I'm facing a issue on my Dual Messenger Whatsapp I cannot download PDF Files, also camera from what's app not working (it's shows (This File format is not supported) i  have factory reset my Samsung A7 2018 and also went at samsung gallery and updated my phone too but still my problem is not solved can u pls help me thank you.

same here.. if cannot use as intend, can you at least remove it, or prompt us that is no longer working.. at least I am like a stupid there keep trying, need to go online and search about it.. just remove the function la if it's not working!

have a similar problem on fold 3. dual whatsapp wouldn't restore from Google account. its found the backup but forever restoring...tried a few times.

Me too! but I solved it by downloading WhatsApp Business. before you did it make sure you backup your WhatsApp (dual) first
