Double tap the screen to wake up not working

My double tap the screen to wake up not working on my galaxy a50 mobile.... Help!!!!!!

Make sure Settings》Advanced Features 》Motions and Gestures 》Double Tap to wake is on.
Either your fingers might be Dirty, turn on Settings 》Display 》 Touch Sensitivity on. This might help you.

Hey there, I have a Samsung galaxy A71, as you can see the screen sensitivity is turned on and so is the setting turned on however it still continues... help me

I have purchased m42 mobile one month ago. Sometimes my mobile screen is not waking up for double tap or even when I press the power button. It gives a spark on the screen after long press of the power button. Can I know what actually is the issue. Or should get a replacement of the piece
