Galaxy A
Hello everyone,
I’m using a Samsung Galaxy A54 and I’ve noticed that the multiple user feature (like in stock Android) is not available in the system settings. I understand that this feature is disabled by default on most Samsung phones.
However, I’ve seen that some users are able to enable it using ADB commands, such as:
adb shell pm create-user "NewUser"
Before I try this, I have a few important questions:
1. Will enabling multiple users via ADB void my warranty?
2. Will this trip Samsung Knox or affect features like Secure Folder, Samsung Wallet, or Samsung Pass?
3. Is there any official Samsung support or policy regarding this feature?
I’d appreciate any insights from the community or moderators who have knowledge or experience with this.
Thanks in advance! 🙏

Yes it will affect warrenty. Then after possible that you are not able to use secured apps by samsung. Samsung care denies to do that because warrenty will crash.
