My galaxy A71 developed multiple lines after software update and even after consulting with customer care they demands 8000 for full screen replacent even if its not our fault i would like to demand for free screen replacent
Well, there is a free screen replacement program, but it's limited to only S series phones (and some A series phones also I guess)...
But the fishy part is that for a Galaxy A71, main screen assembly replacement costs ₹6230 according to Samsung's official website, which is ₹1770 less than what they are demanding. Go to https://www.samsung.com/in/support/spare-part-pricing-list-for-repair/, select Galaxy A series under the Select Galaxy series drop-down, scroll right till finding Galaxy A71 and select it. Show the price for the Main Screen Assembly.
Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue.
