I have recently purchased Samsung A73 5G phone , on the very next day I found that on extreme low brightness there are some white lines visible in background looks like some rough surface display. When I went to Samsung service station they say it's normal and it's coz of pixels light emitting that's why.

So guys is it normal to have white lines and rough surface display on Samsung A73 5G at extreme low brightness level ????

Actually this is not happening in all a73 devices.
I checked with the guy in store, he also uses same mobile
He told he doesn't face such issue.
I am sure this is a hardware issue. But samsung ignores this.
I was also not that much concerned as it is visible only in night time in zero to 10 or 15% brightness. So i came . They checked the display in high brightness and did other display checks, it was perfectly normal there. Also he told we should bother only when there is a black dot or something like that.

**bleep** sure they wont replace, so better check before buying
Or else we should live with it
Go to display check and see rgb colours
If u see the colours without a black spot
Then ur device is normal
Thats what service agent told me
So better try the same

I initially thought that I'm the unlucky one who got a bad quality panel...but seems like this display problem is with a lot of models...like you the service centre guy also checked my a73 & told me there's no problem, these mid range phones are a serious quality downgrade from the note series that I used earlier
