Display Issue

I have recently purchased Samsung A73 5G phone , on the very next day I found that on extreme low brightness there are some white lines visible in background looks like some rough surface display. When I went to Samsung service station they say it's normal and it's coz of pixels light emitting that's why. 

So guys is it normal to have white lines and rough surface display on Samsung A73 5G at extreme low brightness level ????

Plz visit some other samsung center in that case in the mean time shall check the same on my sisters mobile and see if the same is happening on her mobile or not.

Thanks bro , if you check in dark mode at zero brightness open chrome tab list if it's there you'll see.

I bought last week, same issue, service guy says not a big issue,no problem. I think they were asked to say so all over india.

I have almost same issue on my Galaxy A53, in mine blacks are glowing in pure black photo or wallpaper and on always on Display

You are not the one with such problem probably Samsung messed up everything.

I think its normal because the same kind of thing (to a lesser degree though) happens on my Nothing Phone 1 as well.
