Display Issue

I have recently purchased Samsung A73 5G phone , on the very next day I found that on extreme low brightness there are some white lines visible in background looks like some rough surface display. When I went to Samsung service station they say it's normal and it's coz of pixels light emitting that's why. 

So guys is it normal to have white lines and rough surface display on Samsung A73 5G at extreme low brightness level ????

Bro replace your device if it is warranty
Because this is the issue of display and is not seen in others unit
