DND turns on automatically on restart

I have Samsung A35 5G. I have created a routine that is triggered when a particular message with specific keywords starts DND mode indefinitely (screenshot). Whenever my phone restarts, the phone automatically goes to DND mode even though there is jo trigger or such a message in my SMS inbox (screenshot). I have tried to delete disbale access to routines in DND and then it works fine but the routine doesn't work then. Please help.
