Galaxy AYou should have known this before you brought it. There is no official way to change regions. Each region have some regulations and each rom is different from each other. Like your device doesn't have call recording and such features.
You will receive updates a bit early since it's an UAE region device.
You can try flashing a different firmware but can not guarantee to be work since each rom is different.
If this answer helped you , Please consider accepting this as a solution from the 3 dot menu :)

Galaxy AThat doesn't change anything in the firmware. The frequency bands used for 2G,3G,LTE etc are different. Also different countries use different bands. Even though most phones hardware support almost all bands, in firmware Samsung disable the bands not used by the country the device is sold. Only one reason for this. To prevent users buying from a cheaper place and take to another country. changing the country in the settings has zero effect on firmware. You can try flashing firmware of Indian variant of the same phone. You can download the firmware of different regions in samfw. If you are comfortable with flashing of ROMS, you can do that using odin for Samsung phones. It may/may not work. If the hardware is not exacty same, this may not work. Lost features at the best or a bricked phone at the worst.

Galaxy ABut for that you should have technical knowledge (a lil bit) and thats a risky process and may brick your device.
Are you willing to risk?
