Hey there, I have problem with my connection device when I open Bluetooth wifi or Hotspot it keeps on stopping I don't know y, it been weeks now if you have solution can u please assist

Please ensure that your software is updated then reset your network settings; 

1. From the home screen swipe down to access settings.

2. Tap the settings icon.

3. Tap General management.

4. Tap Reset.

5. Tap Reset network settings.

6. Tap Reset settings.

7. Tap Reset.
