Good day samsung i would inform you.s that I am extremely disappointed with you.s because of your previous software update which causing alot of problems for me with my samsung galaxy A35 5G or A356E I wouldn't have expected this kind of response from a very good and reliable company and phone manufacturer like samsung i haven't got the money to take my phone to repair centers

I hope and pray that you will mostly definitely improve your work and massively improve on catching bugs in the future especially when customers like me have done 100% percent clear update with 100 percent full internet connection

Does this happen even after you factory reset the phone?

Please be advised that I have already done a full factory reset and the issue still persists and I have repeatedly dealt with samsung about these problems they advise me to wait for the next software update patch fix to rectify and correct theses issues that i am facing

OK, wait and install the next update. If problem still persists, either the software files are corrupted (old system software files not updated by the new software update) in your phone and may need a full reinstall or it is a hardware issue (most likely the internal storage is starting to fail or something else). I don't know exactly.

Unlike in Windows OS, there is no direct command to fix corrupt files in the system software in Android...like dism...if you are a Windows user, you might have come across this command..

You have all the right to be extremely disappointed. Because this is not a cheap phone for some people...

This Radio app, I don't know how, but I think it's trying to access the radio hardware of your phone, which doesn't exist anymore in new Samsung devices. You will have to install other online radio app that use Wi-Fi or data to play radio. Just like the disappearance of SD cards in newer phones, the headphone jack no longer exist. And you can not use the Type-C port as antenna either...

You also want to avoid installing too many games & apps on your A35. You can uninstall games and apps you no longer play to keep the performance optimal..and reduce battery drain..

Yeah, I just check one of the screenshot in this post. You have way too many apps & games (over 400! - close to 500). You definitely need to clean your phone.
