Chat settings error

For me chat settings is not opening. See the video attached. what mgt be the possible issue??

Running one ui 3.1 with Android 11

Device : Galaxy A70

Happy to say that I fixed this issue myself.. My phone was missing the carrier services app and seems like that might have caused the issue.. Now it's working fine.. Thanks for all your support and chats guys.. Cheers 🥂😁👍🏻

This is what happens when I try to enable chat features and use chat settings.. I've tried to clean cache and force stop, nothing happens.. and since updating my phone earlier today this still happens. When even I go to use my massage app that pops up every time and its **bleep** me off...

the same problem I'm facing with Chat Messages on Samsung A50, it fails every time Im trying to register Chat messages. Please guys help me to get rid of this error.

Try Installing Carrier services app from play store and check whether the issue is sorted out.

I had this problem. I'd disabled the google chat app. Once I'd enabled it to work again I clicked on chat settings and a pop up appeared asking me to turn on Chat Feature services. Agree to this and your chat settings will now work.

I was also facing the same problem, but its fixed after updating galaxy store and Samsung members app. Thanks
