Charging Problems

Guys my phone is not fast charging 😭and its not even a year old and I use a original Samsung charger tried different cables just says charging not fast.....and I use the same charger on other phones it fast charges them its only mine any1 know a solution?.

Maybe your charging port has dust... have you checked it ?

yeah I did clean a few times and I did find a solution all I did was reset the battery stats and now fine

Try to switch off you phone before you charge

That did not work I had to dial *#9900# and reset battery stats and now its fast charging again I was panicking yoh

I'll recommend this method to someone I know who has the same problem. We even tried samsung original 25w charger and it still shows charging

Go get it fixed maybe they charging port has a problem I had a similar problem with my A33
