Hey guys, I just upgraded my Samsungs A24 to the latest version 7. The following problems I've been encountering.

  • Battery goes low quickly
  • Screen refresh rate has dropped
  • Slow charging.
  • Still confused with the drag drop for notifications, left for sms, right for all icons it's weird.
  • How can I downgrade back to all UI?

With regard to separate notification and quick panel you have an option to change it back to the way it was.

Swipe down on the right and bring down the quick panel, then press the edit (pencil ✏️) next to power button, then you should get the option on the top left for panel settings, press it and after you'll get the option of separate and together. You should opt for together and it will make the quick panel and setting like the one on One UI 6.

When it comes to other issues unfortunately I can not help. There is no way to go back to One UI 6.

I also recently updated my A24, and it doesn't charge anymore. I thought there was a problem with my cable, but there isn't it turns out that this stupid Samsung update is the problem

My original charger use to take 20 to 30 minutes depending on how low. After the update it's taking hours.

Apparently Samsung is aware of the flaws in some models, including the integration of the now bar (live football updates), the next update will come to fix it
