Battery or phone problem

I have a problem whenever I charge my phone the better never gets full instead of getting full it gets drained while charging why is that. 

It's been happening for a while know mind you the phone is still knew brought it last year November.

I also thought that maybe zi need to change the adapter

Then there is something seriously wrong have you tried after a restart?

I'll restart it and see what's wrong

And if that does not work I suggest you take the phone to where you purchased since its still new it has to be under warranty,so they can fix or take it a Authorised Samsung Repair store and remember to take your phone slip(Receipt) with you
