I Think it's shortcut of Galaxy Store App You can delete both of'em

In this mode u can't able to create shortcut all app are shown only once.
Please try to use this mode than say something.

Here is the proof that it is a bug.

It happened as the theme u are using might have bug which has created dual galaxy store, change theme and wallpapers to default, and then restart. The problem moght be solved.
