Which are these camera lens can anyone explain In this a52s and which option I need to choose to select that lens to capture

5th one is not camera bro. It's flashlight.

And other cameras are probably Main camera, Macro camera, Portrait and wide angle camera.

You can find the details about which camera is whaich, on phone manuals you got with phone in box. Or check online.

To use portrait / depth cam, select portrait mode.
To use macro cam, select macro mode.

To use wide angle cam, zoom out the main camera to 0.5.

1- Ultrawide(outside of 64 MP mode)-just select 0.5x or zoom out
2- Macro Lens(can be used from More Options)
3- Main Lens(Used by default)
4- Depth Sensor(used when using portrait mode or bokeh effect)
5- Literally the flashlight

4th one lens not working I tried in that mode it uses main lens

It's for measuring depth of field.
It doesn't take photos, just used to measure the subject and provide the bokeh effect
