Bro I'm already using one ui 7 in my A54 and it's working perfectly so you can update it but take care of one thing while updating take phone in cool place to prevent any issues

Yes definately. In A54 oneui7 is very smooth and heating issue is solved now. Note : After updating to oneui7, just reset your phone without taking apps backup then turn off adaptive battery option then performance will be better. Keep your phone in cold weather while updating it.
