Bugs... One UI 6 (A52s)

After using Samsung galaxy smartphone for over 2 years now, I have reached to the conclusion that Samsung has most unskilled team of developers. These idiots can't fix bugs in beta testing fase neither they can do it for months after releasing software.

Now even basic functionality of phone is affected in One UI 6. Screen goes full black & non responsive for incoming call (see attached ss) randomly. 

I don't deny the possibility that this is being done purposely to force users to change their phone and buy new one. If we get green or pink line issue in coming updates, don't be surprised. 

I'm almost done with Samsung and my next phone would mostly be an iPhone.

Your thinking is absolutely wrong for Samsung. Same thing happens in iPhone too, rest of the iPhones are not even right, Samsung gets it right once in a while.For this, you have to do one thing: go to Samsung's authorized service center and update the software

Samsung fanboy. Samsung has released 3 major updates for this phone (A52s). Every update was half baked stuff and for 6 months after final release they were fixing bugs and adding new bugs in process. And my phone is updated to latest version of software available from Samsung to date. When it's wrong I will say it's wrong. When they did something right I have said that too. So don't teach me right & wrong.

I phone is worse really. Never pay them a single dime. Try to ask Samsung to downgrade the ui to 5. Perhaps it works. I think we should all avoid upgrading software and stick with whatever we have coz all companies have done same that is to hurry in launching latest models to meet the insane hunger of consumers. Apple also faces the green line like all phones but it has other worse problems.

😂 Samsung fanboy. Why release the software if it has so many bugs even in basic functionality? They can delay it or say it is public beta release.
